Parenting Classes for Children and Adolescents with ADD/ADHD in Arizona

Children and adolescents with ADHD have many challenging and disruptive behaviors. Parents look for therapists or counselors to help their children learn to cope with the symptoms of ADHD. Some parents try medications and other alternative treatments to help their child. Parent training is also a major component of treating ADHD. Parents who increase their skills and knowledge about effective parenting strategies for children and adolescents with ADHD see their child make faster progress than just doing behavior therapy and medication alone.
