Allison is a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 12 years of clinical experience working with couples, families and individuals in Arizona.
She loves working with couples and draws from training in Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as from her skills as a former educator to teach communication and healthy relationship patterns. Couples can expect to discover the ways that the behaviors that helped them feel emotionally safe in earlier relationships may be getting in the way of connection within their current relationships. Therapy will provide them with experiences that help them connect with their partner more deeply and will help them change the patterns that aren’t working for them anymore.
Allison also works well with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, or who have difficulty regulating emotions. When working with trauma, she uses her training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients reprocess and heal from past trauma. As a former gifted kid, Allison enjoys working with highly intelligent, logical and outside-the-box thinking individuals. She also enjoys working with highly religious individuals and couples and is able to integrate spirituality into counseling when clients request it.
When she’s not working, Allison enjoys reading, puzzles, travel, hiking, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Phoenix Suns, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Allison offers a free 15-minute video consultation for potential clients who are interested in getting to ask questions and get a sense of whether she will be a good therapeutic fit.
- 50-minute in-office or telehealth therapy session: $145
- 90-minute in-office or telehealth therapy session: $250
