Keep Your Love Alive – “Deliberate Practice of Marriage” Workshop
This Marriage Seminar is held in Mesa, Arizona. It will teach you the necessary steps to Deliberately Practice Marriage. Ten hours of instruction is broken down into three main categories:
- Increasing Your Level of Commitment: You’ll learn how building your self-esteem, understanding your core values, and clarifying your cognitive distortions can impact your communication.
- Increasing Intimacy: Improving the quality of your relationship starts with improving your quality time together. You’ll also learn to apologize so your partner will hear you, how to increase your spiritual connection to each other, and the power of forgiveness.
- Develop a Business Plan: By establishing agreements, your marriage and family will run smoothly. You will learn how to resolve conflicts, create a working budget, and clarify goals.
